Welcome to the Dart Players Federation League (DPFL). By accessing or using the DPFL website, creating an account, purchasing a membership, entering an event, or participating in DPFL activities, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Members must provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the security of their account. Memberships are non-transferable. DPFL may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, league rules, or inappropriate conduct.
By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from DPFL for purposes including account verification, registration confirmation, event notifications, and other service-related communications. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any DPFL product or service. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP.
All DPFL events and league matches are subject to applicable rules. DPFL reserves the right to modify event formats, schedules, entry requirements, payouts, or other event details when necessary.
All purchases, memberships, subscriptions, and event entries are subject to the terms presented at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Subscription benefits and eligible events may change at DPFL’s discretion. DPFL reserves the right to add, remove, modify, or replace events included with a subscription. Subscription access is limited to the account holder.
Players must conduct themselves respectfully and follow DPFL rules and administrator instructions. Cheating, harassment, abuse, manipulation of results, or other misconduct may result in suspension, disqualification, forfeiture of prizes, or termination of membership.
Advertised payouts are subject to participation, eligibility, and applicable event rules. DPFL may withhold or revoke prizes when rules are violated or fraudulent activity is identified.
DPFL branding, logos, graphics, written content, and other website materials are owned by or licensed to DPFL and may not be reproduced without permission.
DPFL collects and uses personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. DPFL does not sell or share mobile phone numbers with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
DPFL may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website, and continued use of DPFL services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
